It’s important to belong
To someone, to something
I wonder if you know
How much a part of us you were
And still are.
There are no “ex-classmates”
No “former” friends.
The class of ’57 is
complete
Now as then.
Whether lost somewhere in a
Phonebook across the country
Or at peace
with God
You are still one of us
You belong.
